QA/QC Introduction

In order to guarantee even quality, all our silk cakes should pass strict quality inspection before being packed. Those with unusual appearance and measurement will be dealt specially.

Our QC personnel work according to the following processes:
Putting finished silk cake into storage -> Checking labels, procedure cards, shelling the silk -> Appearance examining -> Distinguishing grades synthetically -> Removing B and C grade product -> Putting each set into a flat pocket -> Packing
